Theme + Tarotscopes for July 2025

An energetic theme for the collective and an individual reading for each of the signs across July.

Theme for July via my lens + guides:

July asks you to honor your own sovereignty as a path to true independence. Like the delicate four-petal white flower, transformation is unfolding quietly yet powerfully, inviting you to shed old layers with grace. There is opportunity for a deep reclaiming of your inner kingdom—a call to stand in your truth with courage and integrity.

If things feel paradoxical, lean into the riddle. Riddle reminds us that life’s mysteries are part of our rebirth; fortune smiles when we embrace both the known and the unknown. Amongst the madness of the world there are still symbols of abundance and renewal. Encouraging us to trust in cycles of giving and receiving, endings and beginnings. Through steady care and curiosity, the new path will grow strong and fertile.

This month I feel a strong pull to return to simple practices which anchor us, clear our energy feilds and train our minds. Meditation, healing baths, walking outside and being present are some of the practices I think of.

Sometimes we want more from ourselves so we look for even more practices, but true deepening happens when we are consistent and present with even the most simple practice - moving through the frustation and boredom. Transformation is not easy but it is right.

Aquarius

This month brings an intensity to the emotional realm, there may feelings which roil up from deep places. Your job this month is to root down and stand firm in who you are, even if that means going against the grain, against the advice of others or even the inner critic. There may be some anxiety about work or how you are presenting yourself to the world, what are you learning about how you want to be in the world? The tides are changing, don’t be afraid to change too - trust yourself, and if things feel windy, move into your roots. Relationships may feel confusing at this time too, let the dust settle, you'll know when you know. Work with roots, underwater roots, mycelium as ideas and energies this month.

Capricorn

July is all about assessing if your inner and outer world values could match up even more, perhaps there’s been a shift or perhaps there needs to be a shift. This month sees you really looking at the year so far and adjusting plans for the future based on how you want to feel and how you want to be felt by the world. If all people are leaders, what are you a leader in? There may be flashes of insight, and there may be thoughts and shifts which need to be shared with others, even if - in some cases - it means taking a step back or outside of plans made with others. Listen to the clues in your heart and body, you may feel like you don't have choices, but beloved - you do, and now is the time to set your compass to your true north. Work with gold, violet, red and earth as ideas, energies, wisdoms this month.

Sagittarius

This month sees a course correct, the ways in which you thought you might be serving community may have shifted. There is a sense of needing to trust yourself more than ever, when previously there may have been more reliance on organisations/ companies/ structures. What's needed this month is practical, quiet, paw-by-paw movements towards your goals. There is a sense that something is entering your life that has the potential to be of deep value to you but there might be some readjustments about what exactly you were expecting that to be or look like. You are encouraged to do what feels good this month, travel, find new things and inspiration. Know you are supported by a universe of beings, you could never make the wrong choice, there is only growth. Work with cool water, starfish, pink and yellow as energies and ideas this month.

Aries

There may be areas of not knowing this month, as things change or evolve. Follow the ache of your knowing, the bone deep place, the wild place. Train the mind, be a wild thing. Do not be afraid of the transformation, you have been walking towards and with this depth for a lifetime. There is a lot happing for you this month! A steady step by step approach is called for, taking things one moment at a time and allowing yourself to feel the beauty in your accomplishments. There may be some grief around some of the shifts occurring, perhaps they have arrived in unexpected ways or even ways in which there has been misfortune for others connected to you. Trust that it’s still allowed for you to feel proud of yourself and excited for what's to come. Staying focused and nourished is your mo. this month - you got this, and you deserve it Taurus.
