CREATIVE ATELIER

A space for artists, writers and creatives developing meaningful work.

23_edited.png

Creative work asks a great deal of us.

Again and again, I have witnessed — both in my own life and in the lives of my clients — that artists are often called toward large, vulnerable and deeply consuming projects without the kinds of support these processes truly require.

Editors, producers and industry spaces are not always equipped to hold the emotional, symbolic or imaginative dimensions of creative work. Equally, traditional therapeutic spaces do not always understand the realities of artistic process, vision, creative obsession, intuition or the vulnerable relationship between artist and work.

The Creative Atelier was created to bridge this space.

I offer support through the perspective of both a practicing artist and someone who has spent the last six years working closely with clients through the emotional, energetic and transformational landscapes of their lives.

This is a space for:

  • writers working on books and scripts

  • artists developing bodies of work

  • creators shaping decks, concepts and long-form projects

  • sensitive people navigating creative blocks, fear and visibility

  • anyone seeking deeper relationship with their work and imagination

Together we explore:

  • dreaming with the seed of your creative vision

  • tending to the emotional realities of the creative process

  • moving through resistance and creative paralysis

  • reconnecting with inspiration and symbolic intelligence

  • developing practices that support both the artist and the work itself

This is not simply accountability or critique, it's a space for tending the dream while learning how to bring it into form.

Working with Arizona has been life changing.

I’ve never felt so held so deeply seen, with that rare mix of love and integrity. I’ve done healing sessions and commissioned a few artworks (obsessed), and somehow the work keeps unfolding long after it’s “done.” Each piece has its own spell, unique, gentle, and powerful. One real shift: after working with her, I started feeling more connected to nature, especially birds. They show up differently now, like messages, like company, like I’m finally paying attention. She also woke up my own artistic and psychic side, which I honestly didn’t think I had. Arizona is a rare gem. I’m beyond grateful our paths crossed.

WHAT SUPPORT MAY LOOK LIKE

Depending on the project and individual, our work may include:

  • project development and creative feedback across early ideas through to completion

  • shaping long-form creative work (books, scripts, decks, visual or symbolic bodies of work)

  • support through creative blocks, resistance and periods of uncertainty in the process

  • reflection on structure, pacing and the practical development of your work over time

  • working with imagery, themes and recurring symbolic patterns within the work

  • exploring dreams, intuition and imagination as active creative intelligence

  • engaging the emotional and psychological landscape that emerges through creative practice

  • idea development, creative soundboarding and deepening of concept direction

  • working with symbols, archetypes and mythic frameworks to clarify meaning and direction

  • practices for reconnecting with vision, inspiration and creative momentum when it is lost or unclear

Arizona touches on every aspect of the creation process. No part of you or your project are disconnected. If practical steps are needed, she has the knowledge and experience to guide you through them. If the creation is igniting energetic or emotional pieces that need a wise healer to support you, Arizona bolsters you as together you nurture the transformations. If your project has blindspots or needs fresh eyes to help connect the threads, she offers clear insight on what is coming forward, not sharing what she ‘thinks’ you or your project need. Working with Arizona is a direct line to working with the clearest part of yourself. She offers a loving mirror for you to see what was already there, grounded support from someone who walks the path, and blessings that are uniquely Arizona.

For the past couple of years, I have always been working on my personal projects in my head. Always thinking about what I want to do, and I knew exactly what I wanted, but somehow I could never really commit. Arizona was the exact spark that I needed to guided me into action. What I loved most was how broad the mentorship is, we worked on illustrations together, brainstormed ideas together, did dream work together, meditations, and healings. THANK YOU ARIZONA, for making me braver, thank you for helping me believe in myself and for being the spark of light that I needed.

Because creative work deserves deeper forms of support.

True art is made by entering other worlds — the realms of experience, trauma, imagination, symbol, wisdom and inner knowing. This deep work gives form to what often goes unspoken within us. I believe the role of the artist is, in many ways, the role of the healer.

I have been making art for my entire life. Through creative practice in many forms, I have healed profound wounds within myself. Later, as I began working with healing arts more directly, I realised they were deeply connected — creativity itself is healing.

I bring years of experience in creative practice, a first-class degree in creative writing and literature, two self-published decks, one published book with another on the way, as well as contributions to both solo and group exhibitions, art projects, and illustration work.

Alongside this, I carry over ten years of experience directly training in spiritual and depth disciplines with six years working closely with the healing journeys of others. I know what it means to truly face yourself - again and again. I know how transformative the right support can be when a creative process begins dissolving who you once were in order to alchemise you into who you have always been.

Whether you are navigating shame, procrastination, creative resistance, the intensity of meeting deeper layers of yourself through the work, experimentation or simply longing for someone to walk beside you as you birth your project, I would love to hear from you.
