ABOUT ARIZONA

From an early age, I felt more at home in the dream world than in the waking one. Animals often felt easier to connect with than people, and I would see colours and shapes around others or in the air — the most vivid and recurring being a Purple Diamond. It stirred something in me I couldn’t explain. Without language for this sensitivity, I moved through the unseen without knowing that’s what I was doing for many years.

As a deeply sensory and sensitive person, the visual realm became a way to make sense of the world and myself. Over time, I came to understand that creativity isn’t separate from healing; it is healing. Whether making art alone or guiding others in group settings, I witnessed how beauty, metaphor, and image reach places that words cannot. True beauty with all its human tenderness bypasses the thinking mind and lands directly in the body’s knowing.

This led me to the Tarot — a visual language depicting the spiral of transformation. I began drawing the cards to feel my way into them. Through this act of somatic engagement, the archetypes became alive, personal, embodied. In 2020, I began painting what would become The Purple Diamond Deck, a body of work that prompted a deeper understanding of this energy and led to opening my doors to healing and Tarot work professionally. I now offer a 4 part embodied mystery school on the Tarot for those interested in initiating themselves into the energies of the Tarot's wisdom.

For over a decade, I’ve been devoted to the healing path - receiving training, mentorship and initiation across a range of spiritual and therapeutic traditions. My work is rooted in a nature-based spirituality, honouring the cycles and ceremonies encoded in land, sky, and body. I work mostly with sacred artwork, trance, dreams, land listening, plant communication, archetypes and energy work.

I’m also someone who sees pizza as medicine and when I’m not working you can usually find me cracking jokes, or out frolicking in a river or up a tree. I live with my partner and soul-cat in London, on the South Eastern side of Old Father Thames.

I’m grateful to be able to explore this work. It’s a true privilege to witness healing and transformation in such intimate ways.

Thank you for reading. I look forward to connecting with you.
