The Angel is the archetype of the divine bringer of miracles. We see them in the perfection of a still mountain lake, a rainbow after a storm, an act of incredible kindness from another, in spaces of healing and harmony. We feel their incredible otherworldly compassion. We feel their ability to move enormous obstacles with grace. The Angel is a miraculous and energy to call upon. 

 

We might call upon the Angel when we need help with our purpose or mission, when we have a big job to do which involves helping others, when we want to engage with spiritual gifts. We might call on the Angel when we are trying to find the strength to engage fully with our mission, when we wish to connect more fully to the divine. We might call on the Angel to help us clear or heal ancestral trauma or issues bigger than us making it hard for us to move forward.

How to work with this archetype:

​

 Place them on your altar, this signals to the Angels internally and externally that they are being called in. 

 

Make a commitment to them, to this space within you and to the experience of her outwardly, it's ok if you forget a day or a week. Just like when you meditate and thoughts come in – as soon as you notice them try to come back to stillness. If you fall off the wagon of your commitment, as soon as you notice; just hop right back in. 

 

Some commitment suggestions:

• Light a candle each day and call upon the Angels

• Bring offerings each week for them on your altar 

• Sincerely call upon the angels and recite a prayer you have written from your heart stating your intention

• Offer kindnesses or gratitude to others which does not require anything in return and doesn't deplete you

• Practice gratitude meditations

• Visualise a violet flame surrounding you
